United States Beef Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma is a major franchisee of Arby’s Restaurants and operates restaurants in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Colorado. DCI has a long term relationship with USBC and have provided services for with the development of eight locations in Arkansas, as well as property surveys for other site locations.

The typical restaurant sites range from 1.0 to 1.5 acres and include providing detailed surveys for site design with boundary and topography. We examine preliminary concept plans from USBC and provide alternative planning studies in many locations. Development plan approvals are frequently the next step through local Planning Commission procedures. Buildings range from 3,000 SF to 5,000 SF with 35 to 40 parking spaces and drive-through ordering services. These sites also require attention to design for high volume traffic flow and large truck deliveries on small sites.
