UALR Jack Stephens Center Little Rock

An existing partially developed parcel of land was utilized to build the new Jack Stephens Event Center. DCI worked with UALR and the architect to design a facility with entries on multiple levels while maintaining as much existing vegetation as possible. It is an example of our team work approach to provide the successful product for our clients.

DCI reviewed and commented on all of the site issues for this project. Construction documents were prepared and solutions provided for the future use of the surrounding site. One such item was to incorporate existing parking and design additional parking facilities to meet the Event Center capacity. The new facility was built on top of existing infrastructure. DCI located and assisted in moving drainage, sewer, water, gas, electric, and communication lines for the project.
