Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality North Little Rock, Arkansas

The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality headquarters located in North Little Rock is the first state office building to achieve LEED certification. DCI worked with the design team to create a site that helped achieve the LEED goal. The site design provided a natural feel with vegetative bio-swales, berms, and natural looking drainage features. The site has a small amphitheater located in a large natural landscaped island. The site contains many low maintenance areas that helped achieve the site LEED credits.
