Little Rock Medical Association Little Rock

The LRMA medical office building is located in the Midtown area of Little Rock, Arkansas. The property was originally occupied by the Doctors Hospital building and a parking deck. The re-development of this site was conceived in 2012 as the usage of the hospital building had declined to only a few clinics and the adjacent parking deck was in disrepair. DCI provided a boundary and topographic survey and worked with the architects on preliminary site designs for the new development. With preliminary planning completed, DCI obtained development plan approvals under the Midtown Design Overlay District through the Little Rock Planning Commission and Midtown Design Review Board.

After completion of approval procedures, the final civil engineering and landscape architecture services were provided. The initial site is 7.4 acres in size and the building is 72,300 SF with 276 parking spaces. The ultimate planning involves a second building and additional parking with a parking deck. Half street improvements were made on two of the boundary streets.
