Cypress Plaza Little Rock

Cypress Plaza is located at North Rodney Parham and Hinson Road in western Little Rock, Arkansas. The property was acquired in 1995 and DCI provided survey, development plan approvals, and site design services for civil engineering, and landscape architecture for the project. The development plan approvals included rezoning and site plan review to negotiate aspects of the proposed development in the edge of the Pleasant Valley neighborhood where previous developments had been denied.

The site is 3.9 acres in size and was developed with a three story office building of approximately 72.000 SF which includes a drive through banking facility. The building was one of the nicest office developments in suburban west Little Rock and remains one of the most desirable locations in the area today.
