Southwestern Energy Regional Office Conway, AR

Southwestern Energy Regional Office located forms the northern boundary of The Village at Hendrix. DCI worked with the design team to create a LEED project. The parking lots were designed with standard and pervious concrete paving. The concrete paving allowed for flatter site grading and with the pervious concrete paving, much of the site sheet flows into numerous bio-swales. The bio-swales provide storm water detention and ground water recharge. The site design also included new city streets and utility main extensions.
