Arvest Bank

Arvest Bank is a regional bank operating in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Kansas. DCI has enjoyed a long relationship and has assisted with the design of fifteen branch bank sites. In addition to sites we have designed, we have provided numerous surveys for property acquisitions and sales.

Typical bank sites range from 1.5 to 2.0 acres in size and start with preparing a detailed survey for design with boundary and topography. Preliminary site plan options are examined and any requirements for land subdivision, development plan approvals, or variances are dealt with before final design. Bank buildings average between 5,000 SF and 6,000 SF with 35-40 parking spaces, and include drive-through banking and ATM services. There is always a strong emphasis on design for good access and organized traffic flow due to the high volume of drive-through banking customers.
